Concrete Prep

We clear the space, clean the concrete, then grind off the top layer with a large concrete grinder. This opens the pores so the polyaspartic bonds deep and lasts for decades.

Mix, Apply and Flake

We mix two chemicals that react to form the polyaspartic coating, then lay it down and broadcast your custom flake system in any colour and size you choose. Excess flakes are scraped clean.

Clear Coats and Cure

Two coats of clear go over the flakes for a tough, sealed finish. Cure time is 6 to 8 hours. Most jobs run 8am to 6pm, and you are walking on it that same evening.

Polyaspartic is a next-generation floor coating that outperforms traditional epoxy in nearly every way. It cures in hours rather than days, is UV stable so it won't yellow in sunlight, and is significantly harder and more impact-resistant. It can also be applied in colder temperatures, making it ideal for year-round work in Ontario. We use polyaspartic on all of our installs because it simply produces a better, longer-lasting result.
Most standard garage or basement installs are a full-day job, typically 8am to around 6pm. Because polyaspartic cures in 6 to 8 hours, you can walk on the floor the same evening. Larger commercial projects may span two days depending on square footage and the amount of prep required.
A properly installed polyaspartic floor coating typically lasts 15 to 20 years under normal residential use. Day-to-day maintenance is minimal; regular sweeping and the occasional mop is all it takes. We include a 10-year written guarantee on every install and will walk you through all the care details on completion day.
Yes. This is one of polyaspartic's key advantages over standard epoxy. It can be applied in temperatures down to around 0 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for most Ontario conditions year-round. We do recommend the garage or space be heated to at least 5 degrees during application for the best results.
Just clear out the space. Remove vehicles, shelving, storage bins, and anything else sitting on the floor. We handle all the surface preparation ourselves, including diamond grinding, crack and joint repair, cleaning, and moisture testing. Thorough prep is the foundation of a lasting finish, and we take it seriously on every single job.
